This is the registration fee for companies that provide paid-for services or platforms to the pharma/biotech industry.

Pharma/Biotech Two for One Rate
Attendees from pharma and biotech companies that have an active pharmaceutical pipeline are eligible to bring one colleague from their company as a guest if registered before April 12th. Please email service@tcfllc.org for more information.
Patient Scholarships
The Patient Scholarship program is an opportunity for patients who’ve experienced a clinical trial to attend the virtual meeting. The purpose is to provide an opportunity for patients experienced in clinical trials to share their feedback with industry. Currently, we have 20 full scholarships that are offered on a first come, first served basis. For information on how to apply, please click here.
Transfer, Cancellation & Payment Policies
Payment must be received in full by the event date. Any discounts will be applied to the conference registration fee and cannot be combined with other offers. If you are unable to attend and would like to register a substitute, please email Customer Service at service@tcfllc.org.
Attendance Cancellation Policy Five or more business days prior:
You can either send a substitute, receive a refund less the admin fee of $195 or receive a full credit to be used for a future event for either yourself or a colleague valid for two years from the date of issue.
Less Than Five Business Days Prior:
If you cancel after May 7th, you can either send a substitute or receive a full credit to be used for at a future event for either yourself or a colleague valid for two years from the date of issue.
